"We all shared a pitcher of red sangria. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, and it didn’t seem very alcoholic to me (I'm a lightweight, and after almost two glasses, I was barely tipsy—which is unusual!). Nonetheless, it was refreshing and perfect for the hot evening, complemented by plenty of ice water.
We also shared a plate of delicious garlic shrimp. One person ordered the green soup made with kale (or spinach?) and potato, and she enjoyed it. My partner and I opted for the paella marinera, which was fantastic! Each plate contained half a perfectly boiled lobster, along with plump clams, shrimp, and scallops, all served over a generous portion of flavorful yellow rice, typical of paella. I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood! The rice was also quite good, although we ended up with way too much.
Our friends had the paella valenciana, and another chose a shrimp dish that came with so much food they took half of it home! The service was attentive, and given how hot it was inside despite the AC, we appreciated the frequent water refills (which may explain why I didn’t finish the sangria, come to think of it!).
The small space we were in was separated by a door from what appeared to be the bar area. The men’s restroom was located there, while the women’s room was in our section of the restaurant; it was spacious and clean. One of the other couples mentioned they had returned with friends and really enjoyed the steak. So, overall, it's definitely worth visiting for the food!"
