"The food was good, but very overpriced. Not worth the price for the amount of food. My husband ordered the scallops. There were 4 for $35. The shrimp cocktail was excellent but 4 shrimp for $36. Will not be going back there. First and last time."

"Outstanding authentic Mexican food! Menu had delicious tamale de elote which is not usually on local menus. Sacramento platter had a chili relleno, taco and enchilada plus sides of rice and beans. Outstanding service as well. Attentive service but not overly so. Server musicians were considerate of two children in our party. A nice feature if this restaurant is that the tables are nicely spaced so diners do not feel that they are sitting too close to one another. And the house margaritas are excellent!"

"Fabulous combination of upscale dining with a neighborhood friendly ambience. We were a party of four that booked Divan for a birthday celebration and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the overall dining experience. We were met and seated by a friendly maître d ' and served by a friendly and engaged server. We ordered the grilled octopus and the Kashke Bademjan (Eggplant and Whey Dip as well as fresh bread. Our entrees included the Kabob Borsch, Lamb Chops, and Chicken Barg. All of the entrees were delicious and the presentation was fantastic, but our table rated the the Kabob Torsch and the Lamb Chops as Exceptional and the Chicken Barg as Really Good . The ladies ordered the R&R cocktail (Gin, St Germaine, Chamomile tea, etc. and the gentlemen ordered wine and the Rosemary Scotch Punch. The Rosemary Scotch Punch was the hit of the table even with the ladies that don 't quite particularly enjoy Scotch. In fact, they ordered their own Scotch Punch after tasting mine. The bartender knows what she is doing, her cocktail craft is on point! Overall a very pleasant dining experience and we will be back!"

"BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL! While the food and drinks were fantastic, we encountered an issue with our check. Initially, we received an unitemized bill totaling $95. When we requested an itemized version, we discovered that they had tried to overcharge us; our actual bill should have been $55. This didn't seem like an innocent mistake, and we won't be the last ones to face this situation. Make sure to check your bill and always ask your server for an itemized receipt."

"I'm so happy to have Cuban food so close to campus now! It's the closest thing to Haitian food, which I miss not having ease of access to. I hope this may spark a trend of other cultural foods (beside Asian--inspired cuisine) to come into town. The food tastes delicious! And they always offer reasonable portion sizes for the price. The only downside is they haven't had tostones for the LONGEST time, ever since they opened last semester. It kind of feels weird to have it on the menu, but never have it in stock. If their larger sister restaurant in Durham can serve them, there must be a way to get it to the smaller store. I hope they come soon!"

"Delicious food! I want to go there for a while after seeing pictures of the bacon-enveloped data... They are so delicious and worth the trip. I live in Texas. The Empanada was also delicious, she reminded me of Empanadas that I had in Argentina and Chile. Had two glasses of wine a pink Jane and a red Shinola. Recommend Derek, who must be one of the best bartenders I've ever met and I've met a few. I brought two bottles home. Also talking to another gentleman who was very friendly and one of the chefs gave me a sample of Salami that he slicing in the bar area. All are friendly and personal there This location is smaller than the Cottonwood, it feels more intimate and cozy. The Gelato was also incredible, a perfect end for a remarkable culinary wine social experience. I can only say that you all have to try it!!!"
