Angelo, if you could let Helen do her job without micromanaging, perhaps the service would improve. It seems like you’re too busy confusing your staff and causing delays in the ordering process. There were only four people ahead of me, and it wasn't even busy. I also noticed some unfair treatment, with some customers getting free food while others were incorrectly charged. This experience really makes me wonder why the service is always so slow here."
