"Ordered online as encouraged to do. When I arrived there were 6 people in line. Not only was my sandwich not made, but he helped every person who was in the store and everyone who walked in after I did, made their sandwiches and had them pay. 7 minutes after my pickup time I told him that I had to get back to work and couldn’t wait can he cancel the order. He said it would just be one minute, but he continue to cash out other people. I had already paid, getting me out would have been faster than helping everyone else first. I get that he was alone, but that is clearly an issue with this store not staffing properly. I had no choice but to leave to get back to work on time, but he wouldn’t cancel the order. If you can’t fill online orders, don’t accept them. The email said to call to cancel or change, but since he’s working alone he can’t answer the phone. Won’t be going back."
