"My wife and I went to this place on Sunday noon. We sat fast, which was good, but from this point it went down hills. We were not asked if we wanted to drink something or eat chips while we looked at the menu. We waited for more than 15 minutes with NO SERVICE. Two other customer groups had come to us. Both received water, chips and salsa. You could have good food after the other critics comments) but their service was very bad. Especially when there were two waitresses sitting at a table near the door laughing and joking around, as customers wanted to eat something. Yes, Cleveland is a small town, this place should be a little pride on its service and PROFESSIONALISM. I doubt if we ever come back and I wouldn't recommend it either."
