"We understand that this is a new restaurant, but our experience was quite disappointing. Here are some of the issues we encountered: the atmosphere felt very bare; the waiting staff seemed completely inexperienced; we waited 30 minutes to receive our drinks after placing our order; the lighting was overwhelmingly bright; the food was undercooked and served in small portions; a salad priced at $8 consisted of just three lettuce leaves and a slice of tomato; and the cocktail was mostly water. There were many more problems as well. It was a chaotic experience. None of the other diners appeared satisfied, and several parties left during their meal due to the poor service. We hope the restaurant can improve, but we won’t be returning."
