"We waited nearly 20 minutes to be served. When it was finally our turn, the server seemed focused on helping the people behind us until my husband pointed out that we were next in line. It was obvious, as she was the only server and we were at the front. When I asked for a vanilla chip, she told me they didn’t have that flavor, only ice cream, which left me feeling quite let down since we had specifically come for that option. After waiting for 22 minutes, we decided to leave without ordering anything. They really should have put up a sign to inform customers and been more attentive to the line. If the server was unsure, she could have simply asked who was next!"
