"I love this place and visit every Friday before my service shift. However, I've noticed some changes with the staff lately. Today, it was busier than usual, which is great, but I had a hard time getting my usual pre-shift drink. I was at the bar first, ahead of two other customers, but I wasn't able to place my order before either of them. With my shift approaching, I had to leave without my drink. I just wanted to say that it would be appreciated if the staff could acknowledge arrivals and take orders more efficiently. That's all I'm trying to get across!"
