"I really enjoy Palmers Deli, but during my last two visits, I encountered a rather unpleasant experience with an older cashier who has a white beard and a red nose. His attitude was incredibly rude, and I found it completely unwarranted. It's made me hesitant to return because I'm concerned about the possibility of having to interact with him again. It's disappointing, as I really love the deli otherwise."
