"I thought our reservations were in the dinning room. I was told that there were no other tables available. The manager was completely rude about it. His words were We have an open table but it will be occupied at 545 p.m. I really don't think we can have you out of there in time. Our reservations were at 430pm. Second, the waiter caring for the table behind us kept bumping into my husbands chair. No sorry no excuse me nothing. We counted 6 times bumped. In regards to our food. My husband steak was so rare we needed a napkin to soak up the blood. Mine ribeye looked like a shirt steak it was so thin I laughed out when I received it. Also it was cooked well done. I wanted RARE. I was not offered a new steak. What I also noticed was when the people in bar were waiting for a table or getting ready to leave these people were using the already made up tables for there use. I saw a woman put her hat and gloves on top of a clean plate and napkin that was going to be used for the next reservation. THAT IS GROSS. I told the manager as I was walking out. He dismissed me. So anyone sitting at a bar table, be warned. As a person that comes from the hospitality industry, we were not treated well at all."
