"I don 't normally go for Spanish cuisine but I 'm glad I went here. The Shishito Peppers were piping hot and skillfully charred. I ate all of them down to the stem. My 14 oz NY Strip was the best I 've had in a long time. The outside was caramelized so evenly that I suspect the steak was cut to be as flat a possible which helps the browning process. It didn 't need any extra salt and was juicy throughout. I found out that 'Tyler ' was the chef for that. He knows what he 's doing. This steak eclipsed the excellent one I had a few nights prior at Salt and Char. Service was attentive"
