"The restaurant has five employees who seem to occasionally get distracted by the television, and at times, they appear a bit confused, although they are friendly. Our waiter, who was from the north, didn’t seem very familiar with the menu. However, the staff preparing the ceviches were excellent and definitely knew what they were doing. Peruvian cuisine is distinctive, and a skilled restaurant is a rare gem; while there is another one in Santa Pink, the food here is far superior. I really hope they can retain their chef. I’m not sure how long this place can thrive unless they either limit distractions by the television or find some more focused staff. I could definitely do without the TV noise while enjoying my meal."
