"I visited the restaurant on Friday, February 18, 2023, with a party of two adults and three kids, along with an infant. The server insisted on seating us at a table that was too small for our group, simply because she didn’t want to clean an extra table. I ordered the Parrilla Venezolana, which was decent but not exceptional. The menu advertised three sides, but I only received fried yucca, and there were no dipping sauces provided at all. My children ordered chicken and fries, but their meals didn’t arrive until after we adults had finished eating. Additionally, they even charged for ketchup on the kids’ menu. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had. Take my advice—look for another restaurant."
