"Hands down, without a doubt, no questions asked. Best Chinese food this side of the worlds hemisphere. Upon arriving to the restaurant you are greeted by a vast array of crustaceans and delectable looking fish. The friendly staff is always there to greet my group and bring us to our large round table in the quiet part of the restaurant. First Course: THE TEA....Always free, warms us up after a long night in the cold or a warmer night on the dance floor. The Meal: Our paiter waiter smiles at us as we decide what we want but we always order the same thing. 4 crab rangoons 1 salt pepper squid 1 beef broccoli 2 chicken lo main 1 veggie lo main 1 general tso chicken 1 sesame chicken 1 boneless spare ribs 1 Chicken broccoli 1 Fried Rice The food is out in a jiff and meticulously placed on the lazy susan. From there it's a roller-coaster ride of spicy, salty, and sweet! As we sit back to enjoy our meal we reminisce on our adventures of the day and begin planning our trip back. The only negative thing I can say about the Jade is that after 2:00 am it tends to get a little rowdy! But who doesn't like a little entertainment with a tasty snack. It makes me feel like a roman king dining amongst his people. Pizahhh! Jade Garden brings back all the feelings I had when I was a young boy growing up in the out skirts of Beijing. My favorite trip to Jade Garden is without a doubt, the next one. 5 Stars Long Live Bijou"

"This Chinese restaurant in China town is one of the best in the area. Everything on the menu is delicious, but the hot and sour soup is a must-try - it's the best in the state. The seafood, pea pod stems, clams in black bean sauce, salted calamari, house rice, curry noodles, beef and vegetables with fried noodles are some of the favorites. The food is always cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is nothing special, but the food makes up for it. They are open late at night, so it's a great spot to grab a bite after the bars and nightclubs close. Vegetarian options are available with many vegetable dishes on the menu."

"Myself and three friends had dinner at Captain John's. When we received our orders we all had a large portion of uneatable food. The oysters were small and burnt and I think the oil was bad. I am not exaggerating when I say every member of my party threw up their food as soon as we returned to our rooms. Stay away!!! After we paid, we told the manager, Mr. Frank, we thought this was our worst seafood experience ever and he said we are the only complaint he has received tonight. We must be the only people that have eaten there today."

"I went to this restaurant on Mother's Day. The service was terrible. One of the dishes we ordered was not edible. They still charged us for the food we sent back. In addition, other items on our bill were priced higher than what was listed on the menu. When we brought this issue to the manager, he appeared confused, became impatient with us, and ultimately did not adjust the bill to match the menu prices. The noise level in the restaurant was incredibly loud. I will not be returning to this establishment."

"I love their food. Crispie battered Veges. No fat on the bulgogi, great kimchee, the lady that works there is so nice remembers my special requests. It's clean comfortable there. Clean bathroom too. Inexpensive! Very conveniently litterally on the N Line's path. 1/31/20: this location seems to have better tasting food compared to the one on Polk St. Another very good meal, the same waitress here for over a decade. I tip at least $30%."

"We went in at 9:40 on a Saturday night thinking they closed at 10:30 because that’s what the website says. We walk in and we’re very rudely greeted by the waitress saying they close in 20 minutes, we let her know google says 10:30 or we wouldn’t even be there. I probably counted 5 loud scoffs across the restaurant from her and she kept complaining about wanting to go home. When she came to take our order we were never offered drinks and felt super rushed to order. Get our food which was very good btw. My friend asked for something to drink 5 minutes into eating, when she asked what he wanted and he said “water” she rolled her eyes, scoffed, and walked away. "The food was absolutely delightful! We started with the coconut shrimp appetizer, which was a real treat, featuring sizable prawns. For my main course, I had the prime rib, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. We decided to indulge in dessert as well, opting for the chocolate decadence, which was so incredible that I'm still thinking about it! While the food was fantastic, what truly elevated this dining experience was the wonderful staff at the restaurant. They were fun, friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive."

"I've been a fan of Hahn's Hibachi in Jack London Square for quite some time, as I remember it being a place that served generous portions of delicious meat. However, I was a bit disappointed with the Palo Alto location. The menu seems to differ from what I remember, and while the food was decent, I would have appreciated more meat in my dish. On a positive note, the service was very friendly, and the restaurant itself is small and relatively quiet. We visited on a Friday night and had a short wait, but the host was welcoming and kept us informed about our wait time. I enjoyed my Chap Chae order—good portion sizes, but I still felt it could have benefited from a bit more meat."
