"I ordered a sandwich and wasn't asked how I wanted the meat cooked, so I assumed it would be well done. When my meal arrived, however, the meat was raw. I politely asked the waiter, Fernando, to cook it a bit more for safety reasons, but he was rude and dismissive, accusing me of being difficult when I was just making a simple request. When I expressed that I wouldn’t pay for the undercooked food and asked to speak to the manager, he ignored me and walked away.
Another employee did check in to see if we were okay, but I was too overwhelmed to respond. In the end, my friend had to intervene to resolve the situation. Thankfully, the manager eventually removed the sandwich from my bill, but I felt disrespected and upset by the unprofessional behavior I encountered.
I highly recommend that the restaurant consider providing additional training for their staff in customer service or think about hiring new personnel. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews I saw."
