"Worse yet, they've started passing credit card fees onto customers, which I find completely unacceptable. Credit card companies are businesses that need to make a profit, but any reputable establishment knows these fees are part of the cost of doing business. It feels like a slap in the face to customers who are already paying high prices to be charged extra for card payments. If credit card fees are a significant issue, then it might be better to stop accepting credit cards altogether. In fact, there are several benefits to running a cash-only business.
On my last visit, I ordered breakfast pancakes and, as a vegetarian, was disappointed to find bits of food that had been scraped off the grill on my plate, including bacon and other garnishes. The plate even looked unclean. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. If I return and things improve, I would be happy to update my feedback."
