"We ordered samosas, a chicken tikka avocado salad, garlic naan, Butter Chicken, and goat biryani, and we were very satisfied with the food. The two samosas were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, complemented by a delicious tamarind sauce. The chicken tikka avocado salad was well-sized for sharing, lightly dressed to showcase its fresh flavors—although I would have preferred a bit more chicken. My wife adored the naan (I’m avoiding bread for now), and she found her Butter Chicken to be rich and creamy, with a texture almost like a milkshake, though it could have also had a few more pieces of chicken. The basmati rice was cooked perfectly.
When the goat biryani arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion—a towering mound of rice with a good amount of well-cooked goat meat. I could only manage to eat about a quarter of it, but it was meant for sharing, and I’m looking forward to having it for lunch next week!
We had a great experience at Mayura and will definitely return when we're craving Indian food. Just a note: the buffet is available on weekends only for $20 per adult. Our total bill for the meal came to $63.68, which included $6 for two cans of Coke, and we tipped well."
