"The reservation I made on Open Table seemed to hold no importance upon our arrival, as we were told. I had planned a birthday celebration for my partner and noted it on the reservation, but the occasion was not acknowledged during our visit. I feel I could have spent less money elsewhere and received better recognition. The service seemed to be lacking in understanding."
