"When I got to the toppings, I asked for "the works" but received only one slice of tomato, a small handful of lettuce, a slice of onion, and an excessive amount of peppers—quite odd, really. I requested oil, vinegar, and Chipotle ranch, and then she added more lettuce upon noticing that the salad looked sparse.
At the register, she just asked if I wanted chips, a drink, or a brownie, with no friendly wishes for a good day or anything similar. Maybe it was just an off day for them, but I think I’ll stick with the Waterloo location from now on!"
