"This place has been going downhill for years. They don’t have set prices, and there are no menus online. The only menu I found was from 2020 on their Instagram, and now they’re charging three times the price for the same items. On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude. I called to place a pickup order for a small soup, and the person on the phone told me I had to order it in person. I tried to explain that my time is limited since I’d be coming on my lunch break, but she didn’t care and repeated that I had to order in person. I’ve ordered small soups ahead of time before, so I don’t understand why this is suddenly an issue. It’s extremely inconvenient because now I’d have to wait to place the order when I get there, and if there are other people ahead of me, I’d waste even more time. Because of this unprofessionalism, I’ll be taking my business to Pollo Mario down the street."
