"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, which my family and I have been visiting for years. We placed a phone order and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting over an hour. The food was disappointing and did not reflect authentic Peruvian cuisine. This was far from traditional Peruvian cooking, and they should consider removing their flag and renaming themselves. The chicken was overcooked, the fries seemed boiled and then fried again, and the tamale was bland and tasteless. I called to express my concerns but was met with indifference from the girls who answered the phone. I simply asked to speak with a manager, but they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. Luckily, I know the current owner and was able to share my feedback with them, as both a friend and a loyal customer."
