"This is the best Mexican cuisine I've had in a LONG time! It’s definitely the best I've experienced in Little Elm/Frisco. I tried the mole (pronounced MOE-lay) and it was absolutely incredible. The service was fantastic, from our server, America, to the co-owner, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, but he checked in on us and was very pleasant without being intrusive. We really needed a Tex-Mex restaurant like this in Little Elm, and we will definitely return whenever we're craving Tex-Mex! Great job, Sophia’s Tex-Mex!
