"I made reservation through OpenTable and asked if I want outside seating and put yes. When arriving they said they don't honor the request. Waiting for table a walk in came and requested outside table and was advised it would be a wait. When seated by entrance with all the traffic in and out then over my shoulder see then see walk in seated at outside. I got up and said something and they said it just became available with in 3 minutes of seating us. Extremely rude gentleman came over and was very arrogant. I was a regular there and his wife kept advising change their seat. I will never go back because disgusted me and my friend that it made the meal horrible in all ways!"
