"#152 La Estrellita Cafe is an easy pit stop for me--so close to the house. I like Mexican food sometimes, even though it's always a bit heavy. My partner wanted some Mexican cuisine the other night so I was game. We walked over and grabbed a table. Our server was really kind and bubbly. I love great service professionals. It makes the meal better for some reason. We began with the usual chips, salsa and guacamole. We both asked for drinks as well. Now, he was smarter than me and ordered a margarita. Me, on the other hand, went for my usual martini and it really was not the best idea. Heavy on the vermouth and light on the vodka. Also, there was an uninvited guest swimming in my glass--I wanted a twist, not an olive and a twist. #undrinkable That's okay, what did I expect? First, we came to eat, not drink. Second, the chips and salsa were amazing. We sat and chopped it up for a bit over our appetizer and his margarita before we dove into the dinner menu. I always, always, always eat way more than my tummy can handle at Mexican restaurants, so I was really trying to pace myself. My companion ordered the flautas and some extra chile verde salsa. I ordered this BIG burrito with sauce over top and lots of melted cheese. It was filled with rice, beans and more cheese. It really was delicious--what I could handle of it. I might have been able to eat 1/4 of that massive meal, but that was okay with me too, because I can just share the rest with my little brother later. #lovesleftovers All in all, La Estrellita Cafe has decent food, good service and fair prices. I just want to either teach the bartender how to make a killer martini or maybe just deviate from the usual martini and order a chilled shot of vodka. #livingontheedge Stephani Smiles for La Estrellita Cafe ; #burritobigenoughfortwo"

"the first time and last time. we dined on a Saturday night and drove an hour to try rodizio grill and unfortunately we left disappointed. first the positive: not overcrowded and service was excellent. our server was julia, she was great. she forgot one of our cocktails, but quickly it had made it and was very attentive, super pleasant and friendly moving forward. the unlimited sides had a nice selection. the staff that kills the meat was super nice. cocktails were at the top. so they just want one point that the service was positiw. on the minuss. we read excellent reviews about eating, but last night when we dinned, the meat was rare to medium rare with absolutely zero season. the only meat that had a little taste was the top sirloin, but everything else was disappointingly amazing. julia told us that they had other customers complaining about it and the kitchen worked to make the temperature right. to happiness there was salt and pfeffer on the table. After they had asked for medium to medium weight, they came around with him, but the flesh had no taste, so we had our stuffed red and abandoned. we also saw other tables that got cheerful bread, and we had to ask ourselves to ask it halfway through our dinner. when we got it, it was hard and chew as if it looked like a past. we have dimmed with many Brazilian steak houses and this is a place where we will not come back. I think rodizio grill shouldn't have anxiety to use salt and pfeffer and season it a bit, and take it a side from texas de brasilien and fogo de chao’s book. they offer meat at different temperatures. If they do, we'll come back."
