"This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hookah bar. We ordered a hookah, a sandwich, a house salad, and water. After placing our order, it took about 30 minutes to receive our first item, the hookah. The quality of the hookah was poor and left us feeling sick after smoking it, so I would rate it a 2 out of 10 at best. Fifteen minutes later, we finally received the water, about 45 minutes after being seated. By this point, we were quite hungry. After waiting for almost an hour and a half, I asked the server to cancel our food order because we wanted to leave. The server reassured us that the food was almost ready and offered to make it to go. After another 10 minutes, I requested the bill. The food was finally brought out 5 minutes later, and we left. Initially, I did not plan to leave a review because I dislike writing negative ones, but after seeing the quality of the house salad at home, I felt compelled to share my disappointing experience. Absolutely ridiculous."
