"I placed a catering order from this place because the food is delicious. I really enjoy their arroz con gandules and. Some advic w bistec guis time of 5 pm. The day of my event arrived and I went to pick up my food and the cook looked at me and stayed your pickup time is for 5:30. I stated “I asked for a pick up time of 5 pm and my receipt has 5 pm” He looked at me and said “Well I have 5:30”. I said “ok, I’ll return”. I left and returned at 5.30. My food was still not done. And the cook just looked at me and said “ you returned quickly”. I looked at him and said “you stated to return at 5:30, it’s 5:30”. I had to return an hour later and still had to wait for my food. The SERVICE for catered food is HORRIBLE. I asked for my food to be ready an hour before my event and unfortunately had my guests waiting due to their irresponsibility.
