"Now, those Fire Poppers (spicy chicken bites) come with a secret sauce that's rich, sweet, and tantalizing. I was so tempted that I couldn't help but dip my fries right into the sauce. Shameful, but wonderful! The 1/2 pound burger can be ordered any way you like and comes with all the toppings you'd expect. It’s presented so beautifully that it’s hard to wait for friends and family to get their plates before diving in. The Chicken Shawarma Pita/Wrap, served with hummus and Israeli salad, left me shaking my head in disbelief after that first bite (can I get a collective sigh?). The pita bread here is nothing like the thick, gummy stuff we often get in the States—this is homemade, with a perfect balance of crispy exterior and soft center. It makes for the ideal vessel to hold all the delicious fillings. As if we weren’t full enough, Zach let us sample the Tiramisu. I nearly wanted to swoon under the table it was so good! How do you even describe something that tastes like it came straight from heaven? Absolutely delightful! I enjoyed my share of Tiramisu, and I don’t care how many calories it has—it was worth every bite! The creamy layer was smooth and not overly sweet, while the chocolate on top accompanied the moist cake layers perfectly. The essence of a scratch-made restaurant means everything is made to order—you can tell nothing has been sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be served. If that's what you're looking for, go to Culver's instead. Zach, the owner, is incredibly personable and pours his passion into every dish he serves. Oh, and if anyone can convince him to share the recipe for that Fire Popper sauce, please let me know! Great job all around!"
