"I was originally going to leave just one star, but I am not sure of the responsibility for the horrific service last night falls on the restaurant, or if it falls on Slice. To be clear, I have never had a positive experience when Slice was partnered with a restaurant. We placed our order on the Tolli’s website (Slice around 5:50pm and received an estimated delivery of 6:39pm. Knowing that there was a chance the restaurant was busy, we waited until after 7pm to check back in. At that time, we were told that the driver would be at the house within 5 to 7 minutes. At 7:30pm we again went to live help and were told that the driver had left and forgot to take our order. (How does that happen?? . Finally at 7:45pm we got the two pizzas we had ordered two hours ago, needless to say they were ice cold. Slice offered up a discount for the next time we used their service, but would not refund the cost for the two cold pizzas. The sad thing, I could have walked from my house to Tollis, walked in the kitchen, made two pizzas and walked back to my house within 30 minutes."
