"When our food arrived, I ordered the morning market veggie omelette, but it was entirely empty—just eggs with nothing inside. I mentioned this to the waitress, who seemed indifferent. My utensils had food remnants from previous customers, but she did provide me with new ones.
As I was checking out, the manager asked how my meal was. I tried to explain the issue with my omelette, but he immediately turned his back and started talking to another employee, completely ignoring me. This was very rude and unprofessional.
An hour later, before leaving, I used the restroom again and found that the mess was still there—feces on the toilet seat and throughout the stall. The manager hadn’t made any effort to clean it up or send anyone to address the situation.
I tried calling the corporate office, but no one ever answered the phone. I will never return to the Kirkwood, MO location, and I might even avoid First Watch altogether in favor of the Original Pancake House, which is far superior. If possible, I would rate this experience -5 stars."
