"The food was good. Up to the standard of every other Wendy’s. but the place itself was kind of disgusting. Trash was piling up out of the garbage cans. nowhere to get napkins, having to stand and wait on the staff who forget you are even there. The worst part for me though was the flies. I could not tell you how many flies there were inside this building. Dead flies all over tables, windowsills, and everything else. at least 13 flies just flying around. at one point i had 3 land on my shoulder at once. Don’t think i’ll be heading inside this Wendy’s again"

"Wendy's is currently offering a promotion on the Dave double cheeseburger - buy one, get one for a dollar - and I am a huge fan of this burger. Even without the deal, I would still purchase it because I adore Wendy's. The staff, service, and food at Wendy's are all top-notch in my book. In terms of kid-friendliness, the staff at Wendy's are great with children which is a big plus for me. Some recommended dishes are the Baconator Fries, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Baconator, Wendy's Baked Potato, and Chili."

"The Wendy's in Denville closed some time ago, and I haven't visited another location since then. Recently, I drove a friend home from the car repair shop, and he treated me to dinner. I ordered the spicy chicken combo, while my friend opted for the Dave's Double. My chicken was tasty, a nice version of breaded chicken, but it didn't have much spice to it. My friend's burger appeared to be overcooked, but he didn't say anything about it. He ordered lemonade to drink, but it was so unpleasant that he threw it away after just a few sips. I had a fountain drink, which was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the table was sticky—I only realized this after my elbow got stuck to it. Wendy's is my go-to fast food restaurant, and while this location was acceptable, I can't help but remember that the Denville one, which is now gone, was far better."

"I was looking for a quick bite and decided to use the drive-thru. I ordered a Dave's Double with no pickles, no wobble, and no bunny. Unfortunately, what I received was overcooked meat with dry, unmelted cheese and a wilted tomato. There was no ketchup or mayonnaise on the sandwich. Additionally, I had mentioned a free fries credit when I placed my order, but they claimed it didn't apply. I didn't have time to resolve the issue. I’m sorry to say this will be my first and last visit."

"Depending on who working will determine if they have the four for four. Go any day but Sunday and they have it with the Jr. Cheeseburger but on Sunday there is a female who does not offer it as if she works on commission. Also ran into a situation with 2 gift cards where the employee could not properly or would not properly swipe them both. She swiped one a d stated the other was empty and my kids has just gotten them the day before for Christmas. She then thought she was going to keep them both. I checked the cards going down the road...she only swiped one gift card. She must thought I was stupid. I will not be returning to nash county wendys. I'll gladly drive to the mount to receive better customer service and experience."

"I used to frequent this Wendy's location regularly and would have given it 5 stars before, but my opinion changed last night. The customer service was terrible - I waited in line for 30 minutes while several employees and a manager were on their phones and not paying attention. The employees were swearing and goofing off instead of working. When someone finally asked to take our order, the employee walked away and told someone else to help us, but that coworker ignored us. It was a frustrating experience."

"This was the best Wendy's experience I've ever had! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and the food was top-notch. The chicken nuggets were hot and crispy, just as they should be. The #9 burger not only tasted fantastic, but it looked amazing too—I've never had a burger that actually resembled the ads, except here. Even the little details set this location apart from others: they packaged each order in separate bags, provided plenty of napkins and sauces, and the food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. "Went through the drive-thru and ordered a ten piece chicken nugget combo and two six piece nuggets and fries. They rang up another order on my card. I reiterated what my order was and told them they should give the customer a total before taking my card. They gave me a bag with a burger and fries. I told them for the third time what I ordered and they said ‘we charged you $4.23 so, I need your card to ring up the rest. They gave me a total and charged me what I can assume is the correct amount. Handed me another bag that had eight chicken nuggets in it and didn’t even bother putting it in a carton!! They threw the nuggets in the bag!! I understand every place is short-staffed but this was just incompetence! I will never go back to this restaurant again!"

I understand it was 12:00 AM on a Sunday, however, when the food arrived, we were missing the 2 burgers, 5/10 nuggets were not spicy and half the fries were burned so bad, my metal fork could not pierce it. The 5 edible nuggets were cold. Wendy's is my favorite fast food place and it is an absolute shame that this particular location is so incompetent and uncaring toward their customers. "I can't recall her exact name, but I believe it was Susan. Unfortunately, she was quite rude to both the staff and the customers. We were given a 30-minute time limit, but no one informed us about it, and she ended up yelling at us for that reason. I also witnessed her being extremely disrespectful to another worker in the back who seemed to struggle with English, which was unnecessary and unkind. Given the negative atmosphere and the way she treated everyone, I don't think I can return to this restaurant. I hope action can be taken to improve this situation."
