"We visited on a busy Friday night, but the wait wasn't too long, which was a pleasant surprise. We brought our uncle from Hawaii, who loves Italian food, and this restaurant was conveniently located and had great meals. Our waiter, Charles, was very friendly. Our soup and salads arrived after a brief wait for our bread, although they did forget our appetizer. However, the main dishes came out so quickly that it didn't matter too much. To make up for the oversight, they treated us to dessert. They also let us linger and catch up with our family member after we finished eating. They don't take reservations, and they mentioned that the online waitlist isn't directly tied to their seating, so that didn’t bother me. The food was delicious and satisfying. They only refilled our drinks once, and we primarily stuck to the water provided at the table. Overall, I think this is a lovely spot for a date or a family meal, but I'd recommend going on a less busy evening. It seemed like they were a bit understaffed, but it didn't significantly impact our experience. All in all, I’d rate this restaurant a 7.5 out of 10."
