"it's safe since I've eaten in this facility. I learned from this restaurant through my onkel. it was one of his favorite places weekly and probably to eat almost daily. there were two other standings and both closed. the first position that was closed was directly opposite the paradies valley mall about 8 years ago. the other position was at 35. ave and peoria ave. I was sad and I didn't know there was a third position in the valley. I'm in the middle of a few weeks ago and decided I'd come back and feed. but if I really wanted to eat here, I know there are 3 more places in tucson. when I lived in tucson, I was regularly in the fast-track restaurant. I missed her eating. my favorite is the cubed bark with paprika and swirling with speck grilled. I love their charro buzzing and spicing to perfection. I also missed their chips and salsas. everything was absolutely delicious. but in the really hot mais tortillas, but it was cold when I got it. I didn't want to complain because I enjoy every bite. I just placed it on my teller to warm it (something) I highly recommend this place. it is a little intimidating because its menu is extensive to read. they can always ask for faster suggestions. "Very sad, there have been several times that I have gone and ordered takeout and they have failed me, but today especially I mentioned it to the person in charge in front and she didn't care. My food took more than half an hour to come out and after that it came out cold and they weren't even busy, I ordered the seafood parillada. The waitress who delivered my food was very kind but sadly it does not justify the way the service is handled for a customer. "Didn’t deliver the food at all. When called to check up on its order, the rude worker abruptly hung up the phone and then blocked my telephone number. Don’t order from here, a waste of time and money and also, a disgrace to all restaurants. Save your time and take your business elsewhere unless you have the energy to deal with rude workers and poor service."

"I've taken this food and immediately disgusted. when I drew the waitress attentive to the bad tasting, she took my teller to the kitchen and returned with the same teller, she had the manager come to the table and he began to argue with me about the fresh of the food. he said he would take the meal out of the bill. then the waitress returned with the bill with only 20% of the bill reduced and said that it was not possible to take off the meal when it was eaten? Since when does it eat half? anyway, all in all rude employees, eat very bad quality. Of course, this is not a place to which I will recommend or return."
