"The BBQ experience was, at best, disappointing. The bun was un toasted and quickly disintegrated into a soggy mess. The sauce had potential, but it did little to salvage a damp sandwich and mediocre fries. The ranch dressing was overwhelmingly mayo-flavored, which isn’t to my taste. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the woman at the counter was quite a character. While she smiled, her snarky comments really detracted from the service. I had hoped this would be a great spot for lunch, but in the end, my friends and I decided to keep looking for better food and friendlier service."

"This was our first time here And we had a few questions about the menu.. our son's allergic to a lot of things so we want to make sure we didn't pick something on the menu that would make him sick. Darcey was very rude and seemed very bother that we were taking longer than 2 minutes to order. Multiple times I asked him to please slow down and let us make our decision but he seemed to huff and puff and care less. As a business owner I would never treat any of my customers this way. The food was definitely overrated. He made no eye contact, no customer service heck We weren't even greeted or asked if we needed anything else. I let the manager know as well. And they both seem to care less. I'm here on out anyone that I greet or meet I'll let him know how bad the service was at the Liberty township location and that Darcy shouldn't be in the customer service role if he has no customer service skills. He seems to set the pace for the whole line as well In my opinion the management needs to be retrained and Darcy was very very rude. Made us feel like a number and not a customer. WE WON'T BE BACK!"

"Excellent service and a variety of vegan options. This is a chipotle style, choose your own ingredients in a bowl, fast-casual meal. Bases include two types of rice, rice noodles and salad mixture. Or they let you choose any combination of them. There are so many topping options, most of which are vegan, and the same applies to sauces. Really delicious and fresh. The service was fast and very friendly. My wife is vegan, but I'm not, and this place fills us both. We loved getting such a large selection of delicious ingredients in a bowl. "I decided to try one of the six curated bowls: Super Greens and Grains, which included a salad base with chicken, purple rice, broccoli, kale, kimchi, egg, and sesame ginger sauce. My Super Greens and Grains bowl was absolutely delicious! The purple rice was particularly intriguing, as I had never encountered it before. Although I’ve enjoyed kimchi many times at a nearby Japanese/Korean restaurant, I had never had an Asian dish that included it as an ingredient until now. The only hiccup in the ordering process was related to the tipping. I wanted to leave a custom tip rather than pay a percentage-based tip, but the credit/debit card terminal seemed to offer the option for a custom tip but wouldn’t allow me to enter anything other than $0.00. Ultimately, I decided to forgo the tip. If you find yourself in the Fifth by Northwest neighborhood of Columbus and are in search of a delicious Asian bowl—whether you want to build your own or choose from their curated options—I highly recommend Bibibop Asian Grill at 1270 W.
