"I ordered a chicken franchise pizza for delivery. The delivery driver was on time polite and super nice. He is the only thing about this experience that gets a star. Not one to the restaurant or food. I’d give negative stars!!!The pizza isn’t cooked but rather raw dough. And it’s on their menu. Not a special order. A menu item they perhaps have never made before?? The dough is raw and it’s soaking wet! Like soaked and not cooked with raw gooey dough. Super disgusting.I called the restaurant and was dismissed by the first man and then dismissed by the second. No apology. Do these people understand how to make a pizza? Customer service? Basic English ?? Bc they didn’t even understand my broken Italian Spanish.I was told next time I get 10% off. Lmao. I replied; There won’t be a next time! What a waste! Its not edible. Disgusting waste of food lack of customer service basic skills professionalism and come on!?! How hard is it to make a pizza!???Gross."

"Most Horrible staff I have ever encountered The girl waitresses there were 3 of them all of them were so rude and disrespectful It made me want to leave if they’re gonna be throwing my plate and treating me if I was some kind of Pig . Talking ABOUT US CUSTOMERS INFRONT OF Us???? Not nice ! Even before serving out food what does that make me think , it makes me think what they will do to my food . If the manager sees This I recommend you Taking a look at your waitresses because If someone else worked there Who didn’t have a attitude and weren’t rude your restaurant would be great because the food was Nice . They were also flirting with men And being nice to men but us women receive different service apparently .I would suggest them working somewhere In a gentleman’s club"
