"Not sure why this place has lower than 4 stars. People should be comparing it to other delis, not to the 3x as pricey restaurants they eat at.They do a really good job here at implementing NY cuisine with faux meats. I’m a huge fan of vegan proteins in general and think they nailed how to cook the chik’n. Haven’t tried their impossible/beyond burger. The seitan could’ve been seasoned more and cooked longer tbh. The tofu scramble part of the sandwiches was also cooked with proper seasonings. Great place to get vegan/vegetarian food. I wouldn’t recommend delivery unless you’re gonna eat it immediately: the sandwich can get soggy from the sauce."

"I stole my tante and oncle from Canada here with my man for lunch. each enjoyed their meals, even my 5 year old second cousin. I would have liked if gf options were called a big menu and they had no idea what was and was not gf. I had the raw Thai salate, it was nothing special what he filled. had the cheesecake, the only article as gf. it was the best raw crust I ever had for a cheesecake, but the filling was not cheesecake like st everything in the taste. was just a kokoskuchen. not bad, but not amazing. my onkel had the basil implantation and it looked, smelled and tasted delicious (not sure if I had only a small bite). my tante and 2. cousin had the scalion or potato cake (not sure what it was called on the menu), knödel and jumprolls. we all had passion, whether icy or passion, and it was excellent."

"Really great tasting healthy vegan meal : delicious mango summer rolls as an appetizer, with ginger ramen and kimchi squash gumbo as mains. And one beer. Total bill with tip was 60usd, which we found reasonable for such a delicious meal.Restaurant is cute too, with a nice patio courtyard out back.Friendly service but could be a bit more pro. Like, we got summer rolls but no cutlery, and I had to get up and ask for it after 7 10 mins. hoping to get server’s attention. And kimchi gumbo was served lukewarm. It was slightly challenging to communicate that to the server. But it ended up ok another employee helped out, and we got it heated up promptly.Will definitely return maybe our server was still a bit new on the job."

"My daughter Autumn said it was a dream of her to eat rolled ice after seeing so many of these YouTube videos. This is the customization of your own ice cream in its finest! The best part of the experience is that you observe how it is done before you eat it. Just like Subway. The proportions were also generous. We're definitely going back. I will personally try to choose which combinations next. So many flavors to choose, my wife and children cannot wait until the next time we go back!"

"I ordered the Original Milk Tea (Large, 50% sweetness with boba for $6.70). Sweeting typically uses whole milk in their milk tea, which gives it a noticeable dairy flavor, unlike the more common use of creamer or milk powder. The black tea flavor was prominent, with a hint of bitter astringency. The boba had a sticky and chewy outer texture with a pleasantly qq interior, reminiscent of honey-soaked boba. Although the boba was slightly firmer than I expected, it was greatly enhanced by the sugar syrup it was soaked in—I'm not sure if it's honey, but it certainly reminded me of it. Overall, the drink was quite good, especially considering that they primarily pre-brew their tea. This experience was a significant improvement over my last visit. Sweeting has definitely bounced back from the pandemic slump, and I would be happy to return in the future."

"If you are eating Vietnamese food in Queen Anne, I don't think you can expect to get the most authentic food, but that doesn't stop the food from tasting good.This restaurant is centrally located and is decently spacious. There was no wait on a Saturday evening for a group of 5. Service was average--we did have to wait a while for someone to come by when we wanted the check.For the food, I thought it was good but not amazing. Portions were decently sized. The curry rice had a decent amount of vegetables but the rice was kind of wet. The vermicelli with pork was flavored well too. I think it is a little pricey for what you get but I overall had a good experience.Note: they automatically charged 20% tip for a group of 5."

"Menu and drinks lists are okay, could have a few more choices. The food and beer that I ordered were pretty good actually. However, the service could be improved. The waiter didn’t ask if I’d like anything else, he just cleared the table quickly and produced the check. Looked like they wanted to get closed up. Having said this, the total cost of dinner was great. Although, it’s a pretty average place I’d go back there again another time. Would just like to see some improvement to the service. "The coconut spicy lemongrass soup is amazing. Creamy, spicy, warm. Plenty of noodles. The shrimp is juicy and succulent. Add the mushrooms and bok choy and if nothing else PEASE squeeze two lime wedges over the soup. The lime really enhances the already flavorful soup. The summer rolls are also plump and the shrimp and mango are yummy and fresh. The peanut sauce just takes it to the next level. The infused water is delicious. I’ve had the coconut lemonade which had an interesting taste initially and the slightly off putting green color) but I ended up really liking it. The service is quick and polite. They come by to fill up your water and check in on you without hovering. They also have a pretty decent sized menu with main courses, sandwiches, bowls, and soups. The layout and decor is all really cute with the light fixtures and the plants. It’s just so nice and inviting. This place is great. I’ve gone twice in one week and now I’m interested in trying some more items on the menu. Delicious!"

"I tried to call a few times during their business hours and the phone would just ring and ring and no one picked up - not sure if they even set up a phone. When I came up for this special birthday party, I planned that they didn't even know I made a reservation. to round it off, our waitress was rude and pretended that she could not even serve us. When the scare came, she gave us her lipstick to sign because she had no pencil. it is a nice bar, with good drinks, but as usual overpriced in williamsburg."

"I want to begin by saying that I've enjoyed Bibibop in the past and really love their food. However, I've recently experienced issues with their customer service. I placed a catering order 12 days in advance for a scheduled meeting, only to receive a text message just 3 hours before the delivery was supposed to arrive, canceling my order. When I called to address the situation, the person on the other end didn't seem very concerned. She asked if I could pick up the order, which was not feasible for me since it would require me to leave the meeting, causing delays and resulting in double parking fees. I was then told she would check if anyone was available to deliver my order. Unfortunately, she soon came back to inform me that no one there had a car that day. I'm now left trying to find catering for my meeting with less than 3 hours' notice, which is incredibly disappointing."

"This was our first time here And we had a few questions about the menu.. our son's allergic to a lot of things so we want to make sure we didn't pick something on the menu that would make him sick. Darcey was very rude and seemed very bother that we were taking longer than 2 minutes to order. Multiple times I asked him to please slow down and let us make our decision but he seemed to huff and puff and care less. As a business owner I would never treat any of my customers this way. The food was definitely overrated. He made no eye contact, no customer service heck We weren't even greeted or asked if we needed anything else. I let the manager know as well. And they both seem to care less. I'm here on out anyone that I greet or meet I'll let him know how bad the service was at the Liberty township location and that Darcy shouldn't be in the customer service role if he has no customer service skills. He seems to set the pace for the whole line as well In my opinion the management needs to be retrained and Darcy was very very rude. Made us feel like a number and not a customer. WE WON'T BE BACK!"

"What a charming boba spot! I absolutely love my boba, and when I searched for a new place, this one came highly recommended. I was really pleased with my experience here. The boba was a perfect 10/10, and the prices were very reasonable—I think I spent around $5-$6 on a large iced latte with tapioca pearls. I asked for it to be extra sweet, and the staff was kind and accommodating. My group ordered three drinks, and they were all prepared really quickly by just one person!
