"We love this place. Unfortunately, the service continues to slip or be inconsistent. After we finish dining the end of the meal, it has become standard this past year or longer to wait and wait and wait for anyone to ask if you wish dessert or the check. We all sit, waiting. And waiting. Dinner is finished, drinks often finished, sometimes table has been cleared, but no wait staff to be found they are serving other tables or no where to be seen. Also, when one arrives and is first seated, it is not unusual to wait minutes or longer before anyone comes to the table to ask if you would like to order a drink. Now that is here, I do wish the staff would change their manner of service I wish: wait staff would be quick to the table to offer drinks after the hostess seats us, a carafe of water would be on the table so we could help ourselves and limit extra visits to the table by the support staff, wait staff would check on the table (while keeping a little space/distance, would not forget about us once we've finished. Perhaps they are keeping less staff on. But the professionalism of the staff has been going down for the last couple of years. Why? Note: We like this place. We eat at this restaurant more than any other, by far. We love the food and have been coming here since it first opened. Just saddened that the waiters we tend to get are not great. The managers are great, but what about the wait staff"
