"The delivery person was quite rude. Earlier that day, someone had stolen a package from my home, so I was being extra cautious about who was at my door, even though I was expecting my order. He kept repeating "delivery," and I asked him three times where it was from. Then he huffed out, "Delivery? Or no delivery?" Eventually, he mentioned it was from Casa Calamari. They only gave me one meatball, but I have to say, the meatball and ravioli were both very good. I also enjoyed the chocolate cake, which was quite delicious."

"I?m shocked at the amount of good reviews this place has. I?ve ordered from here twice. The first time my order was messed up and I couldn?t even eat it due to allergies. The second time (credit to them) they got the order right but the food quality wasjust unacceptable. The pasta was bland.. tasteless almost? and the Pizza was just an utter mess. They?ve got quite a good saucethat they are using but everything else about the pizza was incredibly disappointing. I don?t at all recommend this place fortheir main dishes. That said their Garlic Bread is quite good and their Mozzarella Sticks were fantastic? but that?s just notenough to give this place a good review."

"My first time here, and I'm hooked. I purchased fresh tortellini for a simple soup, and it was perfect. The texture of the dough was exactly what you want against broth or sauce. But, the rest of the market was excellent. Harder to find Italian products like Calabrian Chilis, a great cheese counter, and a bunch of other wonderful products! "Since it opened, Spaghettini has become a regular restaurant that I visit ? either in person or to get takeout. I have always been impressed, not only by the cuisine, but the service at Spaghettini. Tonight, however, I was really impressed. My server, named Angela, was very courteous, personable, and efficient in taking my order and ensuring that I had a fine dining experience. And ?considering that she and other servers had to accommodate customers who were attending an outdoor mini-concert in the outdoor patio ? her ability to multitask was especially impressive. "Our server was wonderful helping us decide what to order and then insuring we had time between courses. The server was always attentive and friendly plus brought us carry out boxes before asking. Inside Pasquale’s is immaculate warm and inviting. The music was classic Italian songs at a level you can still talk to your friends. Outstanding!! "A pretty solid place for take out and standard Italian dishes. Good gluten free choices and the GF broccoli and cauliflower crust options on the pizza are also pretty tasty. I’ve also had pasta and wings here. Both are always pretty consistent. The staff here is pleasant when you call and they have your food, mostly, ready on time. I’ve been to the west Seneca location as well and the food is pretty seamless which is nice to know what you are getting. The portions are pretty big and a fair price for the price. After eating here I can look forward to having leftovers for lunch the next day. I just did a take out order and picked up a small pizza and Tuscan salads with chicken. The pizza was for someone else but it looked good and was hot when I picked it up. Overall the salads were nice. Lots of chicken and it had a decent amount of toppings and what seemed like a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. My only call out is that there were hardly any apples and they were a bit flavorless and brown. They had probably been sitting around awhile and they looked a bit sad. If I ordered this again I’d hope that there would be more fresh apples. Other than that the spring mix was fresh, the chicken was cooked well, and the blue cheese, apples, walnuts and dried cranberries went together nicely. I was happy that they didn’t put piping hot chicken in the salad like a lot of places do because by the time you get home the lettuce wilts. If you are in the area and need a decent meal, check them out!"

"We just moved here from Pennsylvania. We are now closer to our granddaughters. This was our first meal. We found this restaurant online and we were not disappointed. "WRITTEN OVER THREE YEARS AGO PRIOR TO COVID: I visited with friends last night. If you're searching for a cozy, straightforward restaurant that serves generous portions of high-quality Sicilian Italian comfort food, this is the place. The service is excellent, and it's family-owned and operated. The staff treats you like family, actually remembering you after just one visit. Prices are reasonable, and they are accommodating to all requests. I had eggplant parm with ricotta and a side of penne. The ricotta was fresh and high quality, and the eggplant was perfectly cooked—not mushy—and the penne was al dente. The sauce had a pleasantly mild sweetness without being overpowering. My friends enjoyed a seafood platter over spaghetti and veal cacciatore with penne. The seafood was cooked perfectly, not over or underdone, while the veal melted in your mouth. We lingered at the table for three hours, savoring our dinner and wine, and they never once asked us to leave. This gem of a restaurant is off the beaten path, and I highly recommend it!"

"Went during an event; however: When we got here the wait time was 45. We got seated in maybe 10 minutes. Yay. However, it went downhill from here. The server never really greeted us and forgot my drink. I think they assumed the water I had in front of me was enough? 30 minutes later our food arrived, on paper dixie plates. At least they were the sturdy ones.. I got a chicken wrap and fries. The fries tasted like the end of a store brand bag, soggy and small. The wrap, I could have made better. Actually a 5 year old probably could 've. I don 't think the server ever came by to ask if we needed anything. The tables drinks went empty. Lastly, they took an automatic tip. That is fine, understandable even. However $25 tip for a restaurant with paper plates, throw away silverware, poor service, food that tasted out of a frozen dinner and a waiter that never even spoke 3 words or a thank you is not appropriate. By the time we left, the restaurant was cleared out as well. There were no excuses at this time."

"I called 10 days ahead to ask about ordering prepared food for Christmas and I was told they had plenty of trays of Chicken and Eggplant Parmigiana. I went in a week before Christmas and lo and behold they didn't have any Chicken Parm available so, I ordered it. I paid ahead to pick it up at a set time before the Holiday. It wasn't ready and they made me wait a 1/2 hour. They should have given me something maybe Christmas cookies for all the waiting and driving back and forth but, they didn't! When you stand around the cash register at a business and there are 6 Staff members behind the counter doing very little and they take 10 minutes to ask you if you need anything it's poorly managed. Very disorganized and inept service, cannot recommend."

"This is a unique place and it happens to be close to my house. Pasta fagioli is delicious. Complimentary garlic knots are tasty. Italian house dressing is outstanding. You gotta try it! Veal marsala was wonderful. Penne parm, not so great but menu is huge so lots to choose from. I didn't like the sauce but that's just me. Wine is a bit over priced for a little neighborhood joint. I've had the pizza before and it's OK. This is Buffalo, so lots of competition, but not bad. Come here for the ambience/experience and friendly owners who are always working. Chicken Madeira was absolutely the best. Onions, garlic, red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms and pine nuts over penne pasta"
