"It was horrible the Alfredo and fettuccine wasn't sauced enough the soup taste like broth only. The servers we're really nice and attentive but the food wasn't appealing at all. Shrimp scampi and shrimp and chicken cabanara weren't tasty. The Cook needs more training for this to be a number one store ... Unsatisfied customer Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20"

"I had an excellent dining experience with fantastic food and service. Olive Garden has been one of my favorite restaurants since childhood. Their breadsticks are truly a signature item. The fettuccine Alfredo is a timeless classic. Occasionally, the bread can be a bit stale, but I don't mind; the food is always tasty. They offer a great selection of drinks, and I particularly enjoy their Coke. The dessert menu is impressive, featuring a variety of delicious options, along with a wide range of enticing entrees and alcoholic beverages. Every visit has been a pleasure, and I often find myself so stuffed from the breadsticks that I can't even manage the complimentary mint afterward! Olive Garden is simply fantastic."

"not really crazy about pasta without meat. we were there during the midday hours, so I say I want the fetters alfredo, so I didn't get the lunch part I obviously brought the teller because I was charged the teller price and I was there at 2 o'clock. good in the midday window. I command the celestial limonade and omg will make it pucker. I asked the waitress instead for water. she asks if you don't like it. I said no. it was still accused. so my bill was about $10 higher than it should have been between the drink and get the dinner size plate brought by fatty succinne. there were 3 in my party. we have 4 very fresh brotsticks when we have not ordered more. not even asked if we want more. far from endless. pasta was fresh and good considering that they did not have any meat, but they come up. noodles and cheese sauce 15 dollar for 3 dollar worth food."
"I picked this restaurant after Red Lobster next door made my 89-year-old mother and me wait for 30 minutes without offering us water or any service. Although the garden area was bustling, Bartender Laura skillfully managed six customers at the bar and five seated customers all by herself! She remained incredibly calm, patient, and attentive throughout. The bread was fresh and just out of the oven, the salads were crisp and tasty, and the spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce were delicious and served with a friendly attitude. I will definitely be back!"

"The food was good, the service was friendly. Cash and credit are both accepted, but cash is cheaper. There is an additional 3% charge to credit card payments. The sandwiches are on the expensive side, where a roll costs between $9-10 for just meat cheese and bread. However, the flavors are good, and they make a quality sandwich. I ordered the Rocky Balboa, chicken parm with mozzarella, and the Apllo Creed, chicken cutlet with mozzarella and vodka sauce. Their is a small lot of the side of the building for parking and metered street parking available in front. 12/2023"

"that's the best service I've had in tulsa for years! eating is really good and the prices are reasonable! I am so sick to go over expensive Snotty restaurants and be treated as if they would do them a favor! what a pleasure to find the southern hospitality and good eating home again! I've been dressed and feared, they need a service dog. I was treated so well by the staff at this place! I have absolutely no fear in the restaurant. most places in tulsa are less than welcoming and my dog is so small that if I wanted to hide them in my bag, I could. but she is really a medical alarm dog and can not do her job when she is in my pocket. I cannot thank the staff enough to...read more"

"We had a party of seven for my wife's birthday, and unfortunately, her chicken marsala was disappointing—the seasoning just wasn’t right. However, everyone else’s meals looked very good. The service was excellent, which we appreciated. Sadly, the next morning, I woke up with diarrhea after having the shrimp scampi. It could be the oil they used for cooking. We have never experienced anything like this at any of the Olive Garden restaurants."

"Stopped here for dinner to go and it was easy to order online, fast service and a friendly delivery to the car, guy. The only thing was, when I checked the order after already arriving home it was missing sauce...YES, as in, NO SAUCE over the pasta and no side sauce, which were both requested. Talk about upset!!! I contacted the Manager immediately and he made it all better for me as his apology was sincere and he returned my charges plus, gave me a gift to grab another dish. You ROCK!!! I 'm not going to lie!!! Everyone who knows me, knows that OLIVE GARDEN IS MY SPOT so, I was no longer upset once he addressed the problem. I unfortunately, had pasta with no sauce so I saved it. The next day, I went to grab sauce to complete the meal, even though, I didn 't want to go outside but, I also didn 't want to toss it either). We all know that pasta can taste better the next day therfore, it was yummy I 'm honestly not sure what these cook 's were thinking Hooray to the a manager Andrew I believe, that 's his name) Thank you for taking care of the #1 OLIVE GARDEN FAN!"

"we had been in a because not in columbias restaurant, had taken with curbside pickup by pandemic. we were on the 12th fairytale. they don't have enough staff, so we sat for 45 minutes for a table while the restaurant was half empty. the staff in the lobby must see the 3 people they had, as hostess had the rude manage. very cold, blunt, yes most time vs. ja ma’am or sir have not even heard, good afternoon, or how are they? they were in prison. woman who took out orders on computer screen was just as bad. three people who do not speak English and have not understood came in. they went past hostess to return as if they met someone. the older hostess followed them. they literally chased her back to the lobby and announced the whole lobby they had just found one table and sat down. instead of helping and explaining to them before the hostess, she stood over the lobby and cried to stand there to wait for a table that she was so obviously upset. just before we sat, a picturesque hostess entered for his shift and he seemed much better to be with manage. our waiter told us he was new, so I would be in order. but he left our salat without telling and never came back. I had to get up to find someone and ask for tellers. five more minutes before our waiter came, fell down 3 teller and took off again. no bread sticks, no cheese on the salad. the food came finally, and that was good. she must have done the lessons from the hostess stand. when her table asked her questons, she would answer that nothing was curious about her. cannot ask for a check in this restaurant because they have the machines they want to do themselves. the personal needs a lot of work. we will not be back long with any business until this restaurant gets its stock together. I can only assume management is terrible."

"I decided to take a break on Asian food for a week and tried Italian food, N O R E G R E T S! ?Upon arrival, I had one party ahead of me and was seated after 15 minutes (the place was pretty packed). Waiter was nice and patient in explaining the menu as this was my first time coming to any Olive Garden branch (I didn 't know they are a multichain restaurant prior to my visit here).Anyhow, when I started ordering, the first thing I noticed about this place is that all of their soup dishes ? and salads ? are free refills! I immediately thought, "Wow! I mean I have heard of free water/tea refills but soup dishes and salad? Impressive! ??We ordered: Shrimp Scampi First time hearing Angel hair, so wanted to see if the name is only half the story and I was impressed with the texture. The Shrimp were fresh, tender and most of all seafood smell was not present. The sauce on this dish was a tad bit sour/ salty (maybe that 's how scampis are? Weird combination, but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless)! 6oz Sirloin The dish I was most looking forward to! I got my steak cooked to medium well. The meat seasoning felt just right. Texture was tender and juicy. The pasta that came along with it was creamy but it was alright (probably because the steak was too good).I would recommend this place if you want to try an Italian/American fine dining experience! ?"

"My wife and I visited this particular Olive Garden the other night for one of our date night 's that we regularly partake in when we do not have the kids. Before we went she, my wife that is called ahead due to the fact the website said that was what you were supposed to do when it said there was a wait. When she did it told her that there was no wait and she did not have to. We then left and were there in about 15 minutes. Once we arrived there were multiple people in the waiting room waiting to be seated which was funny considering the web site informed us that there was no wait. My wife then walked up to the front desk and she was greeted by one of the very pleasant young ladies there who informed her that there was a 30 minute wait which once again funny because we were informed that there was no wait lol. Luckily for us it did only take 30 minutes though just like they said and once we were seated the meal was great and exactly what I would come to expect from most of the Olive Garden restaurants that we have been to. The waiter Michael the one with the pony tail and the beard not the one with the big head of curly hair not that he wasn 't a good water to but I want to make sure I specify, promptly came to our table and took our order which we were ready to give to him considering we had a half and hour to figure out what we wanted. The salad, bread sticks and dipping sauces that we ordered came in a timely fashion and we had just enough time to finish them before our meal came which was nice because that is a pet peeve of mine. The food was great the service and the server was and were even better. All in all the wife and I had a great time and enjoyed our Olive Garden experience. Thank you to Olive Garden and mike for a good time."
"Normally, I love Olive Garden, so it was very disappointing when we went this time. This is the first time I had gone to this specific Olive Garden, and the place smelled bad, like something wet was rotting, and we had to wait an hour for our food to come out. The manager did come out and apologize to us, and we got a free salad, which I appreciate."

"The place was pretty busy so it gets 2 stars instead of 1. And though no fault of the restaurant a table near us had 3 women with about a half a dozen kids that were not supervised. Loud yelling, climbing all over the floor and the ladies just sat there. The place was so loud my husband and I couldn't talk unless we raised our voice which would have just added.to the noise. When our spinach artichoke dip came it was burned all around the outside so the entire dip tasted burned. While the entree dishes looked delicious they were cooling to the point that the cheese was hardening. I have been to one other Olive Garden which was in Kansas and was so looking forward to the same kind of meal I had there. I was greatly disappointed and would not waste another $60 at this place."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. We always find the prices to be reasonable. The restaurant was bustling with customers and the service was excellent. Our server, who currently commutes 1 hour to work, did a fantastic job. We ordered Chicken Parmesan and Shrimp Scampi and enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Bakersfield, CA definitely lives up to its reputation! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the enticing smells of simmering sauces and fresh herbs. The atmosphere is lively and charming, creating a vibrant dining experience. The star of the show is the food, and I was blown away by the Chicken Alfredo (Crispy). The tender chicken breasts smothered in the heavenly Alfredo sauce were a true delight. The sauce itself was creamy, garlicky, and perfectly seasoned, creating a delicious combination with the chicken and pasta. The portion size was generous, leaving me satisfied but not overly full. And let's not forget about the famous breadsticks – warm, soft, and dusted with garlic and parmesan, they were a perfect accompaniment to my meal. The Olive Garden in Bakersfield truly offers a taste of Italy, with attentive service, a vibrant atmosphere, and, most importantly, delicious food. Whether you're a fan of Olive Garden or simply looking for a cozy Italian escape, this restaurant is a must-visit. Great experience all around!"

"We’ve come to eat late after work a few times over the past few months. Arrived around 9:45p and they close at 11pm on Friday’s. Each time we’ve experienced poor customer service and the food has been cold, lukewarm, or not fully cooked.Last night we waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted by a waiter and get a drink order taken and the restaurant wasn’t that busy.. during that time staff was fooling around and laughing in the kitchen behind us, I guess they did not notice we were waiting..Food was lukewarm and it took longer than necessary to wait for just salad and breadsticks (that’s all we ordered). We look forward to having a hot bowl of soup on a cold night after a long day and it was not even hot. The spinach was still fresh and not cooked into the soup, just kind of thrown in. I don’t even remember finding chicken in the chicken and gnocchi soup. The waiter explained that they had to make the soup themselves that late at night but there’s still an hour until close. Seems the staff tried to close up shop early (when the restaurant still had many people in it) and they don’t deliver the same customer service experience during the last hour they are open as they do during the entire day.Waiter seemed to try to rush us by clearing the table while one of our family members was still finishing her meal..A previous visit we had a moody waitress who did not even smile and seemed unamused to be there and it made us feel like a bother. Please just close your restaurant at 10 or earlier if you’re going to to do this to customers who come in during the later hours."

"The reviews over hype this place. Don't get me wrong there are good things about this place however, there are some important cons. Anywho let's start with the pros.Pro:Excellent service/attentive/caring/informativeThe bread sticks/appetizers are really good!Bathrooms relatively clean/Lobby/dining areas are also clean. The wait time was decent for my recent experience for the seating.Sauces was delicious! To go boxes sturdyOur waiter gave us extra chocolate which was really sweet of them. I forgot their name but they deserve a raise. They were new and stressed but they seem to handle such a stressful job very well. Thank you ?Parking is good though and it seems wheel chair accessible.Cons:Tables seated for three are a little too small. No arm room and it just felt way too crowded.I got marinara and noodles. They were so bland and tasted like water. I couldn't finish the meal so I just kept eating the bread sticks. I'm disappointed since we had a long wait time for the food. The price was not worth it for the quality of what I got.Last time I was here, I had an 4+ hour wait time. We didn't end up eating there but I wanted to mention that.I know there's more pros than cons, however in my opinion the weight of the cons outweigh the pros unfortunately. Now I would not say it's a terrible place to go, I would just have to say that it's over all okay. I personally wouldn't go unless it's just for the bread sticks."

"Went to this location yesterday evening. There were 3 of us in our dinner party. We arrived around 8:30ish we were seated right away. There was Absolutely no waiting at all for a table. It's been quite a while since I've been able to go out to dinner where we haven't had to give our name to the hostess wait usually at least 30 min even over an hour before a table for 2 people or a maximum of 3 people seating for dinner. Our waitress was the BEST!!!Very pleasant, engaging attitude, with great knowledge of all items on the menu.I realize the last few years have been a bit stressful for most I know things everybody took for granted on a daily basis before COVID-19. Those days will never return. Bring yourself to be a better person. Just like our waitress last night. I realize I've gone way off topic, but yet I haven't.Be positive, Be courteous of those around you, Be patient. Don't be in such a rush. It takes very little to be kind to somebody you don't know, but you can be that someone that stranger needed to cross paths with in their life at that very moment.Have a Wonderful Evening."

"We all tried some of the specials of the day and were impressed with the fantastic flavors of our fresh and delicious meals. The service was attentive and polite, and the menu offered a wide variety of choices. The only downside was that our table was a bit small for four people, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal without the plates and glasses being crowded together. Despite this, we definitely plan on returning in the future."
