"we had been in a because not in columbias restaurant, had taken with curbside pickup by pandemic. we were on the 12th fairytale. they don't have enough staff, so we sat for 45 minutes for a table while the restaurant was half empty. the staff in the lobby must see the 3 people they had, as hostess had the rude manage. very cold, blunt, yes most time vs. ja ma’am or sir have not even heard, good afternoon, or how are they? they were in prison. woman who took out orders on computer screen was just as bad. three people who do not speak English and have not understood came in. they went past hostess to return as if they met someone. the older hostess followed them. they literally chased her back to the lobby and announced the whole lobby they had just found one table and sat down. instead of helping and explaining to them before the hostess, she stood over the lobby and cried to stand there to wait for a table that she was so obviously upset. just before we sat, a picturesque hostess entered for his shift and he seemed much better to be with manage. our waiter told us he was new, so I would be in order. but he left our salat without telling and never came back. I had to get up to find someone and ask for tellers. five more minutes before our waiter came, fell down 3 teller and took off again. no bread sticks, no cheese on the salad. the food came finally, and that was good. she must have done the lessons from the hostess stand. when her table asked her questons, she would answer that nothing was curious about her. cannot ask for a check in this restaurant because they have the machines they want to do themselves. the personal needs a lot of work. we will not be back long with any business until this restaurant gets its stock together. I can only assume management is terrible."

"My wife and I visited this particular Olive Garden the other night for one of our date night 's that we regularly partake in when we do not have the kids. Before we went she, my wife that is called ahead due to the fact the website said that was what you were supposed to do when it said there was a wait. When she did it told her that there was no wait and she did not have to. We then left and were there in about 15 minutes. Once we arrived there were multiple people in the waiting room waiting to be seated which was funny considering the web site informed us that there was no wait. My wife then walked up to the front desk and she was greeted by one of the very pleasant young ladies there who informed her that there was a 30 minute wait which once again funny because we were informed that there was no wait lol. Luckily for us it did only take 30 minutes though just like they said and once we were seated the meal was great and exactly what I would come to expect from most of the Olive Garden restaurants that we have been to. The waiter Michael the one with the pony tail and the beard not the one with the big head of curly hair not that he wasn 't a good water to but I want to make sure I specify, promptly came to our table and took our order which we were ready to give to him considering we had a half and hour to figure out what we wanted. The salad, bread sticks and dipping sauces that we ordered came in a timely fashion and we had just enough time to finish them before our meal came which was nice because that is a pet peeve of mine. The food was great the service and the server was and were even better. All in all the wife and I had a great time and enjoyed our Olive Garden experience. Thank you to Olive Garden and mike for a good time."

"We’ve come to eat late after work a few times over the past few months. Arrived around 9:45p and they close at 11pm on Friday’s. Each time we’ve experienced poor customer service and the food has been cold, lukewarm, or not fully cooked.Last night we waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted by a waiter and get a drink order taken and the restaurant wasn’t that busy.. during that time staff was fooling around and laughing in the kitchen behind us, I guess they did not notice we were waiting..Food was lukewarm and it took longer than necessary to wait for just salad and breadsticks (that’s all we ordered). We look forward to having a hot bowl of soup on a cold night after a long day and it was not even hot. The spinach was still fresh and not cooked into the soup, just kind of thrown in. I don’t even remember finding chicken in the chicken and gnocchi soup. The waiter explained that they had to make the soup themselves that late at night but there’s still an hour until close. Seems the staff tried to close up shop early (when the restaurant still had many people in it) and they don’t deliver the same customer service experience during the last hour they are open as they do during the entire day.Waiter seemed to try to rush us by clearing the table while one of our family members was still finishing her meal..A previous visit we had a moody waitress who did not even smile and seemed unamused to be there and it made us feel like a bother. Please just close your restaurant at 10 or earlier if you’re going to to do this to customers who come in during the later hours."

"The reviews over hype this place. Don't get me wrong there are good things about this place however, there are some important cons. Anywho let's start with the pros.Pro:Excellent service/attentive/caring/informativeThe bread sticks/appetizers are really good!Bathrooms relatively clean/Lobby/dining areas are also clean. The wait time was decent for my recent experience for the seating.Sauces was delicious! To go boxes sturdyOur waiter gave us extra chocolate which was really sweet of them. I forgot their name but they deserve a raise. They were new and stressed but they seem to handle such a stressful job very well. Thank you ?Parking is good though and it seems wheel chair accessible.Cons:Tables seated for three are a little too small. No arm room and it just felt way too crowded.I got marinara and noodles. They were so bland and tasted like water. I couldn't finish the meal so I just kept eating the bread sticks. I'm disappointed since we had a long wait time for the food. The price was not worth it for the quality of what I got.Last time I was here, I had an 4+ hour wait time. We didn't end up eating there but I wanted to mention that.I know there's more pros than cons, however in my opinion the weight of the cons outweigh the pros unfortunately. Now I would not say it's a terrible place to go, I would just have to say that it's over all okay. I personally wouldn't go unless it's just for the bread sticks."
