"This place is all about the highs and lows. It smells weird when you walk in. Part wet wood and mothballs is the only way I can describe it. Our table was in a side room. It was stuffy and quiet, not even any elevator music. The only ambiance was the sound of other people chewing. We ordered calamari. 90 seconds later, voila! It hit the table cold and with the batter not fully cooked. My husband's medium ribeye came beautifully cooked. However, the medium rare filet I ordered came out well done. Like not a hint of pink well done. The server had that bared-teeth fake smile when she came to check on us and saw my plate pushed to the side. I wasn't mad. I was happily eating my hubs excellent ribeye. However, an erroneous cook temp on a $68 dollar steak should be addressed, but hearing honest complaints wasn't in her wheelhouse I guess. The drinks were amazing! The Berry Mule is a must. The key lime pie was one of the best I've ever tasted. I did get a scare when I went to the restroom and there was a server catching a little quiet time in the stall. I thought it was a ghost for just a tiny bit. We both had a good laugh! We won't be back. Once was enough."
