"She was very rude when she made a mistake while entering my items during the transaction. I politely pointed out that my item was different, and she became defensive, staring at me and saying, “just a second.” I waited patiently, but when nothing changed, I mentioned that there was a price difference between the two items. Then she nearly yelled at me to “finish” and directed me to complete my payment, as if to rush me out of the store.
I ended up purchasing the item at half the original price because of her insistence. As I was paying, I recognized her as the same cashier who had been rude to me when I bought cucumbers previously. I distinctly remember that situation when she entered regular cucumbers instead of organic ones, and her attitude then was identical to this experience.
It seems that when there are multiple item codes under the same name, she becomes stressed. Additionally, if she perceives the customer to be in a minority group, it appears that she struggles to maintain her composure. Her rudeness only seems to escalate until other customers come into the line behind you, at which point she shifts to acting pitifully to make it seem as though I was being unkind to her. This behavior is quite frustrating and needs to be addressed!"
