"Additionally, the food was served in wire baskets lined with tissue or wax paper, which was fine for burgers and fries but completely inappropriate for my sausage and biscuits—it made for a messy meal. Aside from the Hangover Sandwich, which my husband loved, everything else was rather bland.
Our waiter did manage to calm down the band by sending away the backup musicians, but he was often absent and took a long time to take our orders. He also forgot simple things, like bringing coffee without sugar or cream, and didn’t offer any, either. When I requested those, it took about 15 minutes for them to arrive.
Overall, while the idea of the place is good, there are significant improvements needed to enhance the experience."
