"It was okay. We are a large family; the majority of our children being teens and young adults. We made reservations early in the day for a 8pm birthday dinner for our 18 yr old daughter. It was on a Monday. They weren't very busy. They sat us as soon as we got there, so no waiting: . Restaurant appeared clean and well maintained (I didn't check the restroom . I would have liked to give 5 stars, however, what's most important to me when stepping foot in an establishment is theinteraction with staff. No noticeable greeting welcoming us, nor was there an opportunity to exchange greetings. My husband I, and five out of 8 of our kids dined there that night. At $30+/plate $3.xx/person beverages- we spent a fewhundred bucks at this restaurant on a Monday night; and short of round robin ordering, we didn't have any conversation with staff or managers. No small talk, no recommendations, no happy birthday, etc. I work in business and my husband andI own a few businesses, and I wouldn't feel right if any of my clients or customers were not treated as if their presence matter. I rather dine at a shotgun hole in the wall burger grease shack knowing there's warmth, hospitality andacknowledgment from the staff who represents the business. Food was good; albeit not worth going back for though, not when the customer facing staff chooses to not share their face with customers. Plenty other places for us to take ourchildren, our family, and feel welcome. Hopefully it was just an off night for the staff. To clarify, I'm not advising against checking out Florio's, I encourage you to. I'm simply summarizing my unpleasant experience, hoping itwas afluke. Thanks for reading my rambling!"

"My husband and I are new to Dallas and have been looking for a good pizza place. We chose Roma's based off the reviews. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We ordered pasta, pizza, and dessert.Positives: We ordered delivery and the turnaround from store to our home was very quick. We ordered quite a bit and we received everything bought. I know that sounds odd for a positive, but so often when we get delivery we are missing items. We also got Rum and Chocolate cake. I would note the presentation and taste was very good. My husband really enjoyed it and I would recommend the dessert. I will note the rolls are very descent as well.Negatives: The food was overall not good. We ordered out, as we did not feel like cooking but after tasting the food, we could have made better and were disappointed the food was not good for the amount we spent on it. The pizza was very blan, as in not flavorful or have much depth. We also ordered the chicken alfredo. Much to my dismay, I thought it was going to be flavorful, however, we ended up throwing it away as both my husband and I thought it tasted horrible. It tasted like jar Alfredo sauce with the bottle of garlic powder dumped in. Let me just say, it does not look like the pictures.I try to leave very objective reviews. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place nor will I return. Our total was nearly $90 and full transparency, besides the dessert, we threw nearly all of it away and cooked anyway. This is not the experience we were expecting."
