"The cheese pizza I had was quite filling, but that’s where the positives end. The cheese had a rubbery texture, the sauce was insufficient and bland, and the dough was chewy, lacking both flavor and proper cooking. Overall, the pizza reminded me of the kind I endured in school, which I was eager to forget—definitely not a good sign. While pizza is generally an affordable meal option, these plain slices were over $3.50 each! For something so basic and unappealing, that's outrageous. There are countless places in and around NYC that offer much better pizza at lower prices. It's shocking how expensive this disappointing pizza is, especially given how many tourists and locals the restaurant attracts. The price for a whole pizza is somewhat reasonable, at least. Unfortunately, the worst part came shortly after finishing the pizza—I experienced a severe stomachache that felt like intense menstrual cramps for hours. I completely lost my appetite for dinner and only managed to eat some fruit, which was uncomfortable to do. It’s worth noting that I hadn’t eaten anything else beforehand, so the pizza was definitely the culprit. Who knows, maybe there was actual rubber or plastic in that cheese? I wouldn’t be shocked. The pizza on display also looked dry, overly thin, and of poor quality. Additionally, I’ve ordered from here before, and I can confirm that you cannot microwave this pizza. It cools down rapidly, so if you order more than one slice, reheating is almost a necessity. However, when you do, the pizza becomes even tougher and chewier (and tasteless) than before. Trust me, do NOT microwave this pizza. I’ve tried it and regretted ordering pizza entirely. I wouldn’t have bothered writing a review if it weren't for the stomachache—it truly was the last straw. This place will definitely be my last choice for takeout on the island from now on."

"Great place! This place is not connected to the small Cucina in Südmerrick. Came with my brother and nephew. We have a variety of slices, including Sicily, Buffalo,bbq,Grandma and garlic knots. "I grabbed two slices of cheese to go with a friend late on a Saturday night. The pizza was alright. The crust wasn't too dry, but the flavor of the slices were lacking without a generous helping of cheese. Still, we were able to take it directly to the Nstation and eat, so it is a convenient stop."

"We just dropped in to grab something to eat.. Table was dirty and with very sticky surface.. Waiter was extremely rude. . Ordering buffalo wings and specficly asked for mild sauce, we got them with sauce like someone dropped the tabasco sauce in it.. Ordering pizza with tomatoes and basil, it had no basil, and when we asked the waiter, he insisted the pizza should not have basil until we pointed on the menu showing the pizza should include it. He had pointed at dry spices in small containers on the table to sprinkle over the pizza. No one should spend time or money to visit this restaurant."

"A huge thanks to the staff at Portofino's. Was in Morristown for the Verizon Corporate Classic and was one of the parents overlooking a bunch teenagers who volunteered. At the conclusion of the race, our group pretty much took over their outdoor seating area to treat the kids with some pizza. Having been to events were large amounts of pizza are are served, I know it could be hit or miss when it comes to tasty pizza with freshness being not east to manage. I must say, they knocked it out of the park with fresh pizza that was warm and tasty. After a busy night, I can only imagine the last thing the staff wanted was a large group invading their dinning room when they were so close to going home. Despite our group size and pizza only order, thr staff was awesome. The outdoor dinning area was perfect atmosphere for our group. "I love this place, good price, delicious. I would love to give 5 stars.But today I buy 7 breakfast platter, each has 2 egg, some bacon, 2 hash brown, and French toast.I paid $113+ in cash. It means each one is $16.2 after tax and cash discounts. Their lunch is only $10.8…for 1 meat and 2 sides.There must be something wrong with my receipt lol. Sadly I lost my receipt and cannot go back.I strongly suggest they change their menu. It’s too old, hard to read, and no price on menu. Price can be more transparent. Hunter college students are the new generation. "Roma Little Italy on Fayette St. will never get my business again. I order from here often but today I will never do it again. They delivered the wrong food to my job. I ordered honey old bay wings and I received chicken tenders. I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes to prove that this occurred. First they told me that the chef said he fixed the correct food. I had to screen shot the chicken tenders and my receipt. Then they come back to the phone and admit that it was their fault but they do not have enough drivers and unable to send the correct food. They can offer me free wings the next time I order. Excuse me, there will not be a next time. So I was out of my money and food because I hate chicken tenders. The manager explained to me that he will refund my money or send me the correct order. I should give him a few minutes and he will call me back. I never received anything and the manager never called me back."

"The service was terrible; the staff was rude and unfriendly. A waitress even threw a towel in our direction to clean up a spill, which was really unprofessional, especially since we were the customers. Dirty plates were left on our table, and the food was served cold. To make matters worse, the owner checked the temperature of someone’s takeout by sticking her finger in it and then actually licked her fingers! "Been here a decent amount of times eat in and take out and they have gotten worse and worse. The older woman behind the counter is very rude and nasty. The most recent time I ordered for delivery. Two pepperoni rolls for my kids and I specified sauce on the side but of course there was no sauce. Then the chicken scarp only had maybe 5 little pieces of chicken and some cherry peppers. Also the bread was stale. This place has gone downfall hard. On top of that I spent almost $60 on a chicken scarp dinner and some pizza rolls. Terrible."

"Called to place an order for delivery at 5:07 pm and the order never arrived until 6:43 pm! After calling twice to see where the driver was, they said they didn’t know.. when the food finally arrived the delivery driver drove away and was sight seeing!!! The food was good, not the best. The staff was irresponsible by not even calling us to let us know they were lost which we would have been more than happy to help assist with directions. "This is a pretty good spot. Right in the financial district. My company is primarily WFH, but pre covid this was a very popular spot for me and my coworkers. I still come here on my scooter even though i WFH, because my scooter can get me here in like 15 minutes.Their Buffalo chicken in particular is very good. Trust me, I know my Buff chicken, I have it frequently...and their's is very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant...They're also fast and nice."
