"I have visited this restaurant multiple times and always had a positive experience. On a recent visit during a busy evening, we were informed that the restaurant was running 40 minutes behind on reservations. Despite this delay, we were seated promptly. However, it took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our order. We opted for a set menu and the first course came out quickly, but the second course took over an hour and 10 minutes to arrive. Other customers who arrived after us received their second course before us, even though they had more people in their party. Management explained that there was an error in the point of sales system and an oversight in the order. Our waitress, though pleasant, seemed to avoid our table after the mistake was realized. There was no attempt to make up for the wait other than bringing our food. Before receiving the bill, we were offered a drink as a gesture of goodwill, but at that point we were ready to leave. In the future, it would be helpful for management and staff to keep customers informed and check in with them regularly."
