"We order from them regularly and treat ourselves to breakfast from there once a week. Unfortunately, this time our entire order was wrong. My bagel was stale and not toasted, and I didn't receive my orange juice or one of the hashbrowns. My husband's bagel was also incorrect and un-toasted. I'm not sure if there are different staff working today, as this has never happened before, but we were really disappointed. This used to be our favorite spot. I'll likely give them one more chance, but it's frustrating to have so many issues at once. I don't usually like to complain, but this was supposed to be our special treat for the week, and it was really disappointing."
