"I gotta say this place never disappoints! Hands down the best bbq on Long Island. If I'm out and I crave bbq and try a new place I always find myself comparing it to rolling smoke and realizing how much better it is. The staples are always delicious and I'm a huge fan of the different spins on things. The cornbread is awesome, it's like a fruit, nut, carrot, cornbread toasted gem of a cake. I don't know what's in it, it's what I imagine it is. It's delicious, trust me. The mustard base bbq sauce is great and the homemade hot sauce is fire and tasty! The burnt ends (when available) melt in your mouth. The chicken is great, I have to get some every time I go. Hope this reviews helps. Support the local businesses, they need our help!
