"I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I called to place a takeout order, the person taking my order was quite rude. She was curt when I asked questions and seemed to disregard me whenever she had to speak with someone else. The sandwich I ordered was below average, but I tried to overlook it since my friend’s was alright. While the prices were reasonable, I was taken aback when they added a 10% tip to my friend’s card without asking us first. Although I know this is allowed in Florida, we weren’t informed of it beforehand. We want to caution others about this practice. We won't be coming back because we don’t appreciate rude service, hidden charges, or questionable tactics."
