"I ordered a medium-rare chopped steak, but it was served well done. I sent it back, and when it returned, it was raw, which was quite off-putting for everyone at the table. I decided to take it home to cook myself. When the manager came to check on the second steak, I informed him it was still raw and that I would be taking it home. He agreed the steak was undercooked and offered to replace it, but by that point, I had completely lost my appetite. While I did take the steak home, I believe the manager should have removed it from the bill. Additionally, the other dishes were disappointing as well; the chicken was overcooked and tasted like it had been reheated. I've dined here a few times before without any issues, so it seems like this was just an off night. I think it will take me some time to feel comfortable returning."
