"Tacolicious is a great location in Manhattan beach and has a fun casual beach vibe to it. Unfortunately the service and food was disappointing. It’s possible they were understaffed or had a rush they couldn’t keep up with but after we ordered our server literally didn’t come back until he brought the bill. We had to track people down to refill our water and chips and when our food was brought out we asked for a few small items (clean side plates and extra salsa) that just never arrived. Overall the food was ok, not bad but not great and we expected more for the price. The margarita fresca was good so it’s definitely a good place for drinks but with so many choices in the area, I don’t think we’d return."

"*A review for families of elementary age children* I made reservations for 4 for a Saturday night to celebrate my husband’s birthday in December. He wanted to dress up and dine at a nice place. I have two kids, 7(f) and 9(m) which I’ve worked hard to educate on how to dine at nicer restaurants. Finding a higher end restaurant that is kid menu friendly is not an easy task since diners that spend more money tend to frown their snobby noses at children in a restaurant and the kitchen rather not add on to their prissy menu. However, thanks to LB Steak, they do have a dedicated kid friendly menu: hamburger, Mac’n cheese, salmon , 4oz filet, or chicken strips at reasonable prices. My children very much enjoyed some Calamari frito misto with us and later their hamburger and macaroni while sipping Shirley temples. Thank you LB Steak for accommodating your notoriously fussy customers. (And a pat on my back for having well mannered kids). I ordered the 6 oz filet medium cooked for $48 . Service forgot my sauce and it was medium rare. It was also smaller than my fist. For $48 I can purchase more filets at the store. My husband ordered the strip $55 medium. He got his sauce so I took some to compensate and his meat was more well done then medium. I informed our waiter, Bruce, as feedback because the kitchen should know but we intended to consume our steaks regardless. The manager got wind and was kind enough to offer dessert which we accepted because kids always like dessert and we were celebrating. Thank you Bruce and Amanda. I know it can’t always be perfect so we appreciate the attention and kindness. Thank you for the service and food."

"This place has got to be one of the worst BBQ place in New York, our order of brisket and pastrami came out on a tray and looked like a friskies cat food commercial except we are not cats and yes it taste how it looks cat food. I never had cat food but I would guess that's how it would taste just terrible cold rough and just tasteless and the drink taste like they use rubbing alcohol to mix it, my wife had some blue coconut drink and I had a rhum punch tasted terrible. The portion size for the price was very small in a way I am glad that it was cause the food was just terrible. The mac and cheese was watery the cajun corn was nothing cajun about it at all in total I spent $112 for order of brisket 1/2lb corn beef 1/2lb 8 dry rub wings side of mac and cajun corn 2 alcohol beverages 1 lemonaid and a brownie with ice cream this was the worst meal I've had for 2023. "This place tries to capture the spirit of the original snack shack from the 50s, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark. The burgers used to have a similar flavor, but now they need to explore new directions. When I asked for extra spice, the server informed me that there’s only one level of spice available. The combo meal included a small portion of fries, and the chili dog was disappointing—it could have been much better. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in old grease, which was not enjoyable at all. The lingering smell did not help the experience either."

"Found this online in search of Mexican food. I was very pleased with the recommendation because the food and service were amazing. We arrived approximately an hour before closing, but the server, Diana, was very pleasant and helpful. She took time to explain every detail regarding the food and drink menu and also suggested items. The music and ambiance were very upbeat, and the staff appeared to be enjoying themselves while assisting one another, which is nice to see. They were not rushing us to leave despite them closing while we were still dining and even offered suggestions of other places in the area that were still open. Overall, I enjoyed it very much."

"This is a great spot to indulge in some delicious tacos! It would have been a perfect score of 5/5, however, they did not cook the quinoa thoroughly in the otherwise fantastic quinoa bowl (featuring squash, cauliflower, pickled onions, beans, and avocado). The corn tortilla, salsas, guacamole, and creative tacos were outstanding, as well as the variety of drinks available. I highly recommend this place."

"One of the smallest burger shacks around but they're food is really good. Call in your order if you already know what you want. It'll save you a litter time. Known for their burgers and pastrami sandwich. They have a versatile menu so whatever you have a taste for they'll have it as far as fast food. I love their homemade style shakes. It's the real deal with real milk. Good potrions if you're a foody like me. You won't be disappointed. They're always friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. I've been going there for at least 20 years and can't recall a bad order! Always pin point!"

"This is a cozy little spot that’s absolutely charming. We returned specifically for the vegan tacos, which are amazing! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is delightful. The fried avocado taco is outstanding—it’s become a favorite of my omnivore date as well. I explored the menu and tried all the veggie options, which feature an excellent blend of flavors. The Asian-inspired taste combinations work surprisingly well. The burritos are large and generously stuffed (and you can get the same options in taco form). I don’t visit this area often, but I’ll definitely make a point to stop by for a taste!"

"I love the chain because thankfully I tried the WeHo location first. This particular location is awful. The food always comes out like an alien who never ate before would make a taco. Impossible to eat without making a mess, and they serve the tacos on cold hard trays which don’t have any paper to keep it from making contact. The employees who take the order are also always so annoyed just doing their jobs. Every time I’ve gone I say never again, this time for good."

"It's difficult to identify the type of broth served here. It definitely doesn't resemble or taste like chicken—in fact, it lacks flavor entirely. I noticed other reviews mentioned it was too salty, but it seems that has been adjusted, as it could definitely use some seasoning. They really should offer salt on the side. This was the blandest broth I've ever experienced, which is particularly disappointing for me since I'm currently on a liquid diet. Additionally, the bowl was filled to the brim, leaving no room for pressure to escape, so be cautious to avoid being burned."
