"I was sick and tired of the same ol lunch meal and decided to go to South America for something I've had before but not in a long time.Put a mobile order for pickup and headed out to pick up my meal. I arrived and the typical lunch line was there. Headed towards the pickup counter to inform the staff that I had a to go order.No one acknowledged me and I had to jump in after the server had handed out an order to another customer in order to pickup my meal.I ended up ordering the capresa jamón arepa and bolitas de yuca. After a few initial bites of the arepa I grew tired of the chunk of cheese which is flavorless. I took it out and finished adding the cilantro sauce which is great.The bolitas de yuca, were good still had a little crunch, but would skip the sweet guava-based sauce. Overall, not impressed especially with customer service.I'll give this place one more shot and try a different type of arepa, hopefully service and food will be better."
